I do love these little standard BR moguls. One distinction often overlooked they have is I saw one of them in a documentary on the Wild West hauling a crop of BR carriages carrying Sitting Bull to his reservation.

Thank you for this video. My late father was one of the group who saved this loco from Barry. I have many memories of going to Quainton Road as a youngster and then to Ropley. I remember being on the footplate when it ran again, and seeing my father so happy.

Brilliant these. Keep going! Great to see inside the workshop as well with locos on the road etc. Also loved seeing the very end of the line at Alresford , as I child I always wondered what was back there!
