For those of us who wash our locs in between retwists *cough cough 👀*, this is a super easy way to give your locs some life and a different look until you go for maintenance.

You should not be putting leave in conditioner on your locs. That creamy stuff will be going inside those locs and will harden over time and make your locs heavy. I only use rose water. Your locs will be super soft and light.

"The embossed leather pants" 🤣🤣 What were they watching lol? I'm getting starter locs in a couple of days, so it's good to see what people are using. Also, I hate when I think I'm done, and a section be like "surprise, shawty". And I've never been able to do edges. You look 🔥

I use my loc gel for my edges! The “Loc’N” gel. Get your hair edges a little damp and then add a little of the gel. Lasts all day

I use foam on my edges first then go over it with edge control

I say don't do edges at all. It looks weird with straight hair, but just bizarre with locs. It's unneunnecessary and rather defeats the purpose of having locs.

Why do you feel comfortable telling someone they look “bizarre” by doing something they wanted to their hair? lol you also don’t determine the purpose of any hairstyle.
