Problem is J&k is not suitable for high rise buildings due to earth quake issue. That is the reason Mumbai have most high rise buildings not Chennai Delhi Noida

I have been to Tokyo and stayed there for a while.. Let me tell you outright that our infrastructure (public or private) and high rises whether Mumbai or any other city are just a piece of junk, lack aesthetic value and at best they are a replica of concrete tin structures. All Indians do not have pride and self entitlement about their own place and that reflects in every walk of our living and design. Its unfortunate to accept the fact that India or Indian states or Indian cities would take at least few 100 years to reach what Tokyo or Japan is today or may be never..

@@spectre3954 I have seen this fog appearing many time in winter season in my village (temperatures never drop below 25), you cannot expect pollution in costal cities, because air flow removes pollution constantly.
