Having wanted this bag for the last 3 years I finally bought it (in tan size medium) and I’m so obsessed with it. Having bought many cheaper versions nothing comes close to the Loewe basket bag. It goes with everything and I love how they’re all different due to being handmade. I love it. I agree with everything you’ve said, thanks for the review.

I purchased the tan bag in medium and when it arrived I just didn't love it. So I went to the boutique in Miami and exchanged it for the large version, because I wanted it for the beach. While there I asked to see the white one. OMG I fell in love, this is the best color combination and it matches with everything. I purchased it, I could not leave without it. Its stunning, enjoy that beautiful bag, thank you for this review.

100% agree on everything you said!!! I bought mine about 2 years ago and it became my most used summer bag. I hesitated buying it because of the price for the material but then finally went for it. It’s just so fun to use! Glad you love it. 😉

I love this colourway too. I love straw with white or straw with tan. Although I've not taken the plunge yet. Resisted buying the marni micro tropicalia one cos i was so small and open and really expensive with no resale value😅 keeping an eye out on the preloved market💕💕💕🤞

I know! Once I finally made up my mind that I will invest in this bag and went to Loewe’s web site I noticed MANY great options for straw bags. But this is my favourite 🤍

Rewatching this video, now that the Loewe basket-bag-bug bit me 🪲 😂. How was your experience in Italy? Did you wear the handles on naked skin with sunscreen? Any grease or yellowing?

This was my biggest concern with the white leathet. But I decided to wear it in a normal way and not be paranoid of everything 😅 so I wore it on naked skin, with sun screen and probably sweat as well 😆 it shows no wear, grease or yellowing! Super purchase
