Umm.. that escalated quickly. I feel the same way but then I think about all the people who care about me and the people who will care about in the future. We really don't know what the future holds a tomorrow can be that day that changes everything in your life for the better.

i used to believe that whenever something good is happening, something bad will come after. basically i would be enjoying whatever was going on and the thought appears which makes me instantly a different mood. i lived with this thought for 2 years and because of it i never could enjoy life. now i feel like those 2 years of my life of anxiety could've been avoided if i had a different mindset. just wanted to rant a bit hehe. now im living a somewhat better life with my current mindset :) i hope everyone who is struggling with anxiety will one day change and enjoy life the way it is. it will slowly be better. be brave and try not to stress about the little things💕!
