I have recently visited your shop about a week ago as a pit stop on a road trip. My dad said we were passing by Tallahassee and I said we had to visit the shop. Sadly no candy was being made, but that was the best icecream I had ever had in my entire life, orange sorbet, 10/10. Since I live in maryland, idk if I'll ever be able to visit your shop ever again, but it was awesome to at least see it once in person.

I just made my first hard candy today, having been inspired by your videos. I made watermelon candy with a hint of tartness, and had a blast pulling the candy to lighten the color and introduce air.
