If the renovations/upgrades will be finished by May, does it mean that the closing will be in May? Will the owner increase the price by then or if you purchase or commit yourself to buy the property now, can you(as the buyer) withhold the cost of the renovation/upgrade (assuming it is part of the purchase price) until the completion in May?

No, this is the price and may not take that long but you want them doing a quality job and putting in the right amount of time. You saw the Pella windows, all the birch wainscoting, etc. It was so beautiful out at Drews the day this video was shot. Stay tuned for more! A person could buy now or wait... but the renovations continue this weekend @davidignacio3009 !

Just for the road... no HOA for the what color you can paint the place or permission to sneeze. Welcome to Maine, it is just for the roadway to keep this private road plowed of snow and other season maintenance. The South Shore road folks do a super job. I live on the North Shore and Danny Emerson, others working that side do the same first class job on the road. Plus are very careful not to hurt the lake James. 😀

Our county is the size of CT and RI combined and so much space to hike, bike, snowsled, atv and hunt, fishing. We only have 11 people per square mile so you can enjoy the four seasons without a million people, the traffic, the crime.. all that is gone. Maine is the way life should be!
