I think she would if it was just a kiss, I mean she kept & forgave his biggest secret of all so I think they would have gotten through it. In fact I think that’s why they introduced this storyline in the first place, to equal out their relationship because until then, all we had was Rachel forgiving Mike and letting things slide, we needed to see in action if Mike loved her enough to do the same.

That's why I loved Katrina so much more than Rachel. Rachel is straight up a homewrecker. First she had an affair with Logan (a married man), then she kissed Mike KNOWING he was in a happy relationship and now this. While Katrina on the other hand didn't once kiss Brian (also a married man) even when she caught feelings for him. I respect Katrina und much for keeping her feelings and desires to herself while I lost all my respect for Rachel here

This plot bothers me so much till this day. The way it played out made no sense. Mike is vulnerable with Rachel with his feelings about Logan. Still Rachel puts herself in position to betray and hurt Mike. Then instead of telling Mike immediately what happens she gives him the idea that makes him blow the deal and effectively costing him his job. Then she decides to tell Mike half the truth about the kiss. She then hounds Mike after he asked for space and then brings up Tess to make her point. This was just egrious writing by the writers. Rachel knows Mike has no options for other jobs. Her betrayal and lies cost him his chance to finally be legit and she ruined it for him. How they him take her back is unimaginable. It wasn't just the kiss it was the ultimate betrayal. For it just go away in episode or two made no sense to me.

By the way, when Mike kissed Tess, he and Rachel weren't an official couple yet, so you can't really say he cheated on her. When Rachel kissed Logan, she was Mike's girlfriend! She knew it was wrong but still she did it! Yet still, when she came to Mike later in the next episode(or was in in the ninth episode), she basically said " yeah, I know that cheated on you with Logan, but you cheated on me with Tess, so we're even now." That was such a hypocritical thing to say! Mike shouldn't have been taking Rachel back so quickly. It should have taken at least three more episodes before he finally forgived Rachel. The whole arc was kinda rushed and that's my biggest issue with the whole thing.

"It was a mistake" - yeah but a mistake in the making. For a couple of episodes she was struggling with feelings which is around 2 months time in the show. That is way too much time to not see this coming. It was not a accident, it was a deliberate choice at this point.

One part I hated about this plot was that they didn't give a reason why Rachel kissed Logan in the first place. Did she still have feelings for him? Was it purely phsycial? They never explained this and that made me crazy!

@@Chip_FuseThat’s a VERY twisted version of what happened but okay. The TRUTH is that yes Rachel did crave affection but not for the right reason. Mike loved Rachel with all that he had and Rachel decided to still go behind his back in the end. So no Mike wasn’t not giving Rachel affection at home and in fact, actually was! Rachel is selfish throughout the entire show and if you don’t know that then you haven’t watched it.

Also: guys will always be hitting on hot chicks. They are the gatekeepers so Mike's problem is not with Logan, but with Rachel.
