Logans Ridge in wild weather, Mt Barney

Solo hike up Logans Ridge (Mt Barney) 23 Sep 2023 in wild weather. Very high winds, spitting at times, cold, fog, and cloud.
I was testing the new GoPro12 with Max Len's Mod 2.0. EV comp -0.5, vibrant colour profile, 4k 16:9, 60FPS, wide lens. No colour grading done and no lens distortion (fish eye) correction. Video quality is out of the box and not altered. I could have gone with 0 EV comp to make it brighter given it was a cloudy day.

Thanks. Appreciated. I've been doing various sports and outdoor activities on and off my whole life including long distance running in high school, going to the gym, cycling, motocross, and hiking. I put on a lot of weight in recent years due to not being active and not watching my diet. So, over the past year I have been trying to get back to being my fitter self, going to gym again, hiking more, eating better.

Thanks for the video, been wanting to see what its like doing Logans. Missed my chance to do it last Sunday ironically with Nigel and Martin (friends), because recently recovered from a knee injury and I didn't want to push it, but I did do Peasants and met them in the saddle. Its a small world!

Those tents at 5:00min mark, are they near the notch? It's about the only place on the ridge where there's room to camp. Had to do it once.

Well before the notch. The tents are before the ledge climb and tree climb. About 880m elevation. This is before the section that climbs up to the notch.
