I am Dr Duce and I have been using Logic as my main DAW since 1997. I started out using Cubase then switched to Logic version 2.8 on the PC then moved to the Mac platform when Emagic was bought by Apple. Although I am proficient in Pro Tools and Ableton Live, Logic Pro has been my digital audio workstation of choice for all aspects of my music production process, from creation to completion.
I have developed these tutorials to help musicians, composers, beat makers, music producers, audio editors, sound recording and mixing engineers as well as music tech enthusiasts with speeding up their workflow when using Logic as their primary Digital Audio Workstation or DAW.

Dude... i love how in the video AS I WAS THINKING this is a great video.... you popped up a little que "wny not give me a thumbs up!" how about a HUG man you are super smooth ! and that BASS! I had the 5 string version and got rid of it... I REGRET THAT... it was the same color too. Cheers my man, Thank you for a great tutorial !

Great Video! I knew most o da stuff like converting drummer 2 midi but it was a pleasure 2 watch and c dis groove track header which I haven't discovered yet. I mostly work wit Cubase because of handling but Logic has great features dat otha DAWs don't hav. Thanx!

Excellent. Yeah the Groove Track s kinda hidden away but with a little experimenting you can get it to really make everything groove to a single track/channel/instrument. I really appreciate your feedback. Cheers.

Music Tech Training Centre U r welcum! Dis groove thing could b helpful but I wouldn't trust it :-) nize 2 hav tho. Tricky dat so many things r hidden and confusing like 4 example U hav 2 go in2 preferences AND project settings 2 adjust bit-rate AND sample rate or different record modes 4 midi. I really luv Logic but I'm used 2 older software like Cubase SX - new DAWs get more n more complicated. I like innovative functions but prefer when dey keep it simple.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes I agree. Some things in Logic are strangely hidden away such as Tap Tempo for example. I suppose over time and with user feedback submitted to the developers, some of these things will be simplified. Cheers for the comment though.👍
