Part. 1, of 1, 2 & 3. Some Never Asked Startup / Business Related PRACTICAL Questions. Sir mere inn Startup related Questions ko samajne ke liye, firstly ek example ko samajna padega. Wo Example ye hai ki jese ek Commerce / Arts background student hai, and usne UBER Cabs, PAYTM, ZOMOTO, OYO etc. ki tarah ek Business idea socha hai. ( which is mostly related with Mobile App, means without an App, ye idea market mein Execute hi nahi ho paayga ). BUT ye idea market mein bilkul naya hoga ( and this is the only Reason for my all Questions / Fear ), jese ki jab UBER, PAYTM etc market mein aaye the, tab iss tarah ki Companies, market mein exist nahi karti thi. Matlab Ye Business ideas / services bilkul New thi market mein. Sir ye Startup idea Chori na ho jaaye, sirf isliye hi main aapse ye Questions puch raha hu. 1. Ab jo mere Questions hai, ki jab uss Commerce / Arts background student ne, jab aesa koi ek Tech Field se related idea soch liya hai, toh uske baad uske next steps kya hone chahiye matlab ab wo kahan se aur kese shuruat kare ? 2. Kya usko ab sabse pahle Coding Skills sikhni chahiye ( kyuki ye idea ek App se related hoga ). Aur agar coding skills sikhni chahiye, toh kya completely App Developer banna padega ya fir just an overview lena padega programming ka ? And Programming skills ke alawa, aur bhi usko kya - kya, aur kis - kis field mein sikhna padega ( individually ), agar ye idea UBER, PAYTM etc jitna bada ek idea hai ? 3. Sir abhi tak main, ye idea sochne ke baad, Android App Development sikh chuka hu ( kyuki ye idea bhi mostly ek App se related hai, isliye ). But sir abhi bhi ye clear nahi ho pa raha hai ki shuruat kahan se aur kese karu ? Matlab options toh nazar aa rahe hai, ki abhi main aage kya - kya steps le sakta hu. But jo mera sabse bada dar hai, jiski wajah se, main last 15 months se, sirf ye idea soch kar rahe gaya hu, ki ye idea market mein bilkul naya hai, toh agar meri kisi galti ki wajah se, agar ye idea market mein launch hone se pahle leak hua, toh wo Persons / Companies, jinke pass har tarah ke Resources hai, wo isko Copy / Chori kar lenge. Jisse market mein jo ek first mover ka advantage hota hai wo bhi nahi mil paayga. // Questions Regarding Investors 4. Sir agar ye idea UBER, PAYTM etc jitna bada hai, toh Users toh isko tabhi use karge, jab unko advertisement ke through ye idea dikhega. Matlab ye idea market mein toh tabhi proper tarike se launch ho paayga, jab iss par ek proper Team / Experts ( App Developers, Investors, lawyers etc ) kaam karege. Sir jo meri ek Understanding thi / hai, ye idea sochne se pahle ( from KZfaq videos ), ki agar hum aesa koi ek bada idea soch lete hai PAYTM, UBER, OYO etc ki tarah, toh uske baad hum kinhi investor ko approach karege, unko apna idea batayege, aur agar wo bhi uss idea se Convince honge, toh hum uss idea ko, Experts ki help se next level ( market ) par lekar aa jaayge etc. 6. Toh sir jesa ki mene kaha ki ye idea UBER, PAYTM ki tarah ek bada idea hoga, toh kya main abhi ( jab mere pass sirf ye idea hai and Android App Development Skill ) kinhi investor ko approach kar sakta hu ? Ya fir abhi mujhe apne aap ko kitna aur Capable banana padega, aur kis - kis field mein ? Matlab abhi mujhe aur kya - kya sikhna chahiye ( individually ), ki uske baad main kinhi investor ko approach karu ? 7. Iske alawa sir jab ye idea soch liya hai toh uske baad ab sabse bada dar ye lag raha hai, ki jese mene kinhi investor ko approach kiya, unhe ye pura idea bataya, aur ab wo investor, khud hi iss idea ko Copy / Chori kar le. Matlab ab wo khud hi iss idea par work kar le, kyuki unhe ab sab kuch toh pata chal hi gaya hai, iss bilkul new Business idea ke bare mein. 8. Tab kya iss situation mein, ki wo Investor / koi aur person, ye idea Copy / Chori na paaye, main Copyright / Patent ke liye apply karke aesa kuch hone se ( ki idea Copy / Chori na ho ) rok sakta hu ? But sir agar iss tarah ke ideas par Copyright / Patent jese concepts apply hote hai, toh fir UBER, PAYTM ke baad OLA, PHONE PAY jesi Companies kese Exits kar sakti hai, matlab ye Companies bhi toh same tarah ke Concepts ke sath market mein hai. 9. Ya fir aesa hota hai ki Copyright / Patent jese concept apply hi nahi hote hai, just market mein first mover ka advantage milega. Agar aesa hota hain toh fir mujhe kon se legal steps lene chahiye , kinhi investor ko approach karne se pahle, taaki jab main investors ke sath ye idea share karu toh wo isko Copy / Chori na kar paaye. 10. In simple words, ye complete Question ye hai, ki wo student ek Non Tech field se hai, aur kyuki iss tarah ke idea ( UBER / PAYTM / OYO / ZOMOTO etc ) ke sath without a Expert’s team, aage badhna ( market mein aana ) possible hi nahi ho paayga. Stealing makes thiefs happy..so is what they are doing right? So happy or sad is not a measure to understand the "rightness" of something. That's why logic is important.

Reality वाला Fear हमारा एक दोस्त जैसा होता है, अगर Fear को दोस्त की तरहा काम ले अब हमको कोई बोल दे कि संदीप सर से बाते करनी है और सब आपको देखेंगे तो उस समय Fear आना ही है क्योकि ये Fear सावधान करता है कि सबकुछ सोचसमझ के बोलना होगा पर हम उस को दुश्मन बना लेते है और Fear की Limit cross ,हो जाती है | और फिर Anxiety होना Normal है | और एक illusion वाला डर होता है जैसे भूत का डर😀 उसमें हमारी समझ काभी है |

What I learned- > Desire is more of a kick start and fear is more of an alert - But it may or may not be truth - It must be examined to seek truth > If you let your emotions ( desire and fear) govern your actions at one moment you'll be at peak of excitement at next to it will be depression > Reality is free from any emotion > You may not always accept it (due to emotions) but you must understand it > When you start seeing reality as it is and align your thought process to it then you can "use" desire and fear accordingly > The story you tell yourself will either be over-rated or under-rated - over-rated story creates anxiety > Superstitions remove logic and absence of logic removes the role of understanding > An immediate NO to illogical stuff.

In this podcast , According to me firstly Sandeep sir is trying to say that Desire and Fear are mutually important .. Due to desire we generate a base of our action say we want to crack an exam for that we generate a desire in our mind ..Then during the process of achieving that goal , automatically fear also get generated like do I m able to clear this exam !! But what we don't know or may be we don't give much importance is that due to EMOTION or I can say circumstances of our society we assume that - that particular thing got more importance than it deserve or lower than it is required .We create a story in our own mind like that this is going to be happen if I do not able to clear this exam .If we think and act on the basis of Desire and Fear , our lives each moments are going to be like ECG curve sometime up , sometime down , sometime very happy , sometime very sad..We all are living on the basis of our own emotion created by us . But It should be on the basis of "REALITY" .. Reality is that we have lots option that are waiting for us in this journey of life .But lots of questions still left in my mind and remained unclear that ya we can think on the basis of reality but our family , our society constantly going to make us feel in that way like " see how many students lives wasted " - your relatives and your family problem makes you feel guilty .. That's the reality ..How are we able to overcome this situation !! Process of asking question is not fully correct , that's why I m unable to find the conclusion point .Yet I tried my best to learn something new out of it .. Thank you sir .

Ya fir mujhe abhi apne aap ko ( individually ) kitna aur Capable banana ki jarurat hai aur kis - kis field mein, ki uske baad main kinhi investor ko approach karu ? 15. Aur agar main abhi investors ko approach Kar sakta hu toh sir yahan bhi mera yahi dar hai ki jese mene kinhi investor ko Approach kiya, unko ye pura idea bataya, unko ek - ek process samjaya, aur wo investor khud hi iss idea ko Chori kar le. Matlab ab wo khud hi iss idea par work kar le kyuki unhe ab sab kuch toh pata chal hi gaya hai iss bilkul new business idea ke bare mein. 16. Toh Users toh iss idea ke sath tabhi judege / Use karege, jab unko advertisement ke through ye Business idea market mein dikhega. Sir main aesa nahi kah raha hu ki sirf advertisement ke through hi judege matlab jinko pata hoga idea ke baare mein, aur agar agar ye idea unki uss need ko fuill fill kar raha hoga, toh wo toh jud jaayge But large number of Users, aur iss idea ka asli impact toh advertisement ke baad hi hoga. 7. Matlab iss tarah ke business idea ki asli shuruat ( minimum level ) hi tabhi hogi jab ye idea advertisement ke through Users ko dikhne lagega.
