@@bagarrao5406 The Logitech G Pro X headset is far far superior in every aspect, I owned both and the Logitech is one of the best headsets I have ever brought. The G Pro X has DTS support as well which again is far superior to dolby/dolby atmos, most people DO NOT set it up properly and then complain about muddy sounds etc, the options there but you don't need to use it, out of the box plug and play the logitech sounds so much better, a hell of alot more natural than the Hyper X. All my opinion.

I kinda liked your comparision, but you missed out one a bunch of things: - Blue Voice! Software - ... and the tons of customization avaiable there - The very detailed Equalizer in the G-Hub Software. You did critize the sound of the Logitech, but did not mention all the settings it offers you. Sure the 50mm drivers will still stay the same :D No hate, i still enjoyed your video, but it seemed a bit rushed on the logitech side. The mic of the Logitech also wasn't set up correctly IMO Greeting from Germany :D

If you plug and play the Logitech they're trash. You NEED to calibrate them for your voice. After an hour or so listening to music and watching videos, then fiddling for another hour or so, I was ready to give up, then I really dug into the setting and now the mic sounds almost exactly like the Blue Yeti Nano and the sound quality through the DAC is really great. DTS is horrible for music and should be avoided, I'm yet to test it for games but I don't have high hopes. Virtual surround is usually trash.

What do you mean by plug and play and proX is trash? Is that in audio quality aspects or mic quality? Im confuse to choose between those two, the Pro/Prox or Cloud Alpha/Cloud II Maybe if you can elaborate how they perform 'out of box' then it will be helpful for me. Im taking all advices i can get now

I have the HyperX cloud 2’ and even I know the G-Pro X is better. They do look similar but the Logitech headset looks more professional grade and you can also make adjustments with the software. To the guy doing this review the mic on the Logitech sounds way better.

I had the cloud 2 as well, and just got my G Pro X today. The mic is MILES better. Only downside, is you will have to tweak your settings or use the pro presets and reduce mic gain to not have it pick up mouse clicks and keyboard typing. I set mic gain to 10, and it picks up only my voice now, miles better mic than the cloud 2, and sound is good also. Feels more premium and sturdy. Neither have passable surround sound.

I've been a Hyper X user since the beginning and just acquired the G Pro X, this guy, you're like more Hyper X fanboy than me. I've been using the Cloud II for almost 5 years now, acquired 2 of those since my first one broke 2 and a half years ago. And when I first use the G Pro X? It is like 10x better, the sound quality is good and that mic is on fire. I totally disagree with you!

I got both, because I could not decide. The bass is much nicer on hypercloud X II wireless. However the sound quality is much better on the logitech. Even though the bass is worse on logitech the sound quality makes up for it. For example in games, bird noises etc would sound more clear on the logitech, and you get more into the game. So, I would say logitech G pro X lightspeed is the better one. I really wanted to keep the hyperx, since the battery is better and I have had hyperx before and wanted something familiar. But the logitech is just so much better when it comes to comfort and sound quality.

I’ve been using hyperx cloud2 for a whole solid year, there are couple of issues 1. The mic starts to fell out really easily 2. ears cups makes my ear sore within 10 minutes of straight wearing 3. The control remote buttons doesn’t bounce back as time passes I’m planing to switch over to Logitech g pro

@@ty_go_ham_7050 what you need my friend is audio dac and amp for headphones. Good sound requires good power delivery which non of any usb sound card out there can provide. Checkout Sound Blaster X G6. Its a good dac and amp.

How can you think that the hyper x mic sounds better? The logitech is way crisper, there's almost no competition. Logitech wins by a landslide clearly. Like, there's preference, sure, but it's pretty factual that the logitech mic sounds way better, likely due to blue voice. They'd be similar if you compared it without blue voice enabled

I’m still thinking what to buy. But honestly? Your voice is the same, regardless what headset you use. The only difference is you sound farther with the HyperX Cloud 2, you sound closer with Logitech G Pro X. I’d say I like the sound better with the logitech since it was louder. But the clarity of the voice with HyperX, I would agree that it’s crisp and clear because you sound far? I’m not sure if I have hearing issues, but sometimes I can be a little bit deaf or paranoid. LOL! I’d go for Logitech instead. I wished you reviewed the noise cancellation feature. I’m looking for a headset that I can use for games, movies, music, and work at the same time. What’s your recommendation, guys, for overall use?

@@fardzanrukmana3120 when you say out of box i assume you mean 0 software with the g pro x, because the cloud II's dont have software anyways. But from what i can tell the g pro x without software just uses the default on board preset, which is what i use anyways for my sound, and to elaborate more the sound on the g pro x is quieter than the cloud II's, but that is also because the cloud II's are far too loud. Also the bass is more heavy on the cloud II's than on the g pro x with the 7.1 button pressed, though the g pro x bass is alot more "clear" for say. Also 1 SLIGHT and i mean SLIGHT problem with the g pro x is the volume wheel on the cable tends to get turned down on its own from time to time, just turn it back up though and its fine. Any other questions you can ask if you want....

So how's the GPro when you use it directly to pc using its usb dongle, is it better than cloud II in terms of describing in gaming cues, such as steps direction and distance? And about the mic, i want to ask about its versatility. Let's say we plug GProX using its pc braided into smartphone, does the mic work? Same case with Cloud II, does the mic work when there's incoming call?

watching this with my logitech g pro x on, had cloud alpha before these but can honestly say g pro x is the best headset I've ever owned, btw you haven't done the g pro x full justice I only discovered it today and i have had the headset 4 days download the software and enable blue Mic, u have to turn it on, also select fm radio and the quality is Super good, my mates are amazed by it since it's only a headset Mic and one of them is buying one already lmaoo, if your on the edge of getting the headset just do it

What you failed to do was to go through the supplied software for the Logitech Pro X which allows you to customize the audio and microphone. You didn't even mention it. I don't own the Pro X at this point, but I am considering it. I've been watching reviews on it and is comparison to other headsets and most of them have discussed the software.

I would say spend the extra 20 bucks on the G pro x, being able to customize the equalizer settings for audio/mic is really really useful. The difference it makes can be pretty massive, and its worth every penny of that 20 bucks. I just got mine today, and music sounded ok, but using a preset made them really shine, same with the mic. The mic picked up my keyboard and mouse presses, with the software I was able to reduce this to 0. Spend the little extra money dude.

@@navyelkgaming Every single review I could find on the Pro X seems to only care about the mic. Since I have a mic, I just want to know how the audio is from the games, and I can't find a single person who gives that more than a mere mention. Frustrating.

got mine in today and im going to return it. My turtle beach that i bought in 2018 for like 60 euros sounds way better and more realistic than this. Without the usb. When i connect it with the usb to my ps5, it automatically turns down the volume. So the max volume is very soft. On pc its very customizeable but it doesnt do it allround for me.

Why not compare Logitech G PRO vs HyperX II? Logitech G Pro X is $ 50 more expensive than HyperX Cloud II

They’re pretty close in almost every aspect except the mic, logitech is clearly the winner there. Tho ngl i kinda think hyper x looks so childish. Even the black version, G Pro X looks bit better.

I don’t really understand what muddy means maybe say muffled. It also seems like you were takings side’s of the hyper x so this is not a totally fair review cause your just basing your opinion on how Logitech has copied everything hyper x has done.

You did a comparison with the hyper x and tested the mic without trying the Blue voice software. And hyper x's mic was better? Bruh. That's obviously a hyper x fanboy would say. You can even tweak the mic of the Pro x and mimic how the hyper x sounds. This review is obviously biased.

I actually feel like the hyperx mic sounds more flat, which is not a bad thing. But the Logi's mic has a bit more bottom and top end with a slightly muted mid range. Also... "you might wanna say thanks"? Sorry who the fuck are you?

This was a pain to watch, the video it’s overshadowed by the fact that it’s extremely obvious you are heavily biased towards HyperX. You may need to take some notes from other tech reviewers on how to make an unbiased comparison video.

Logitech G Pro X or the HyperX Cloud Alpha S (The new released one)? I am still having a hard time deciding which one to this day because I really want that good of a mic but I heard the HyperX's sound quality sounds better overall. And the G Pro X's surround sound's bass is shitty according to some people. Pls help.

Joseph if you’re a heavy gamer you definitely want the hyper x for better game sounds and being comfortable but if you want way better mic quality for talking but sacrificing a bit of performance go for the Logitech one

@@jairocastro4022 Oh yeah nevermind I did my research since then and bought the PC37X due to the soundstage. Apparently 7.1 surround doesn't compare to that in terms of sound accuracy.

I dont think he turned on the Blue voice for logitech G pro X because it can sound way better than hyperX Cloud 2 in terms of mic!!! His test on this video sounds like he used the default mic setting for the Logitech.

I just bought the logitech pro x but the microphone won't even stay connected. It was missing and I found it on the floor. I think the mic is not good. The sound I think is decent. but for 129 dollars, I think i'm going to return it and try something else. anyone have a good pair i should try?

This guy didn't even mention the softwares, the Logitech G Pro X is way more better, you just have to adjust it for your liking. +2 for the Logitech in terms of design and the microphone, sounds like my 1000$ studio microphone to be honest.
