The keyboard wasn't connecting with the wireless USB-Stick (on Mac & Windows). Resetting worked 👍

Thank you sooooo much! After I reinstalled Mac OS I couldn’t connect my MX Keys Mini anymore. I searched for a solution for a very long time. Even bought a Logitech Bolt and thought that would help. But no. Only thing I had to do was to reset the board in the way you show in your way. Thank youuuuu 🙏

Nice! thanks a lote! you just solve my problem (insteado of the logi guys with just an e-mail with the basic and idiot stuff). I have the Logitech MX Keys bought on 2021, and sicen then i've never achieve to connect it via USB. Now i can! if you had trouble like me, the steps i followed were these: 1. Turn on the keyboard. 2. Pres "fn" + "P" and hold for more than 3 seconds. (cause i have Windows) . If you don't, check Mac users. 3. and then did what you did. and boom, at the instant i typed the last key, everything working. Thank you so much!!

I've done this, and it adds a device after pairing, but then it shows as Not Connected and occasionally connects for a sec and disconnects again. Help?!

I have a question for everyone: I've been using this keyboard for 2 days now and from fully charged the battery is already at 80% with backlight 30 seconds and very low on the second step of brightness. Is that normal that the battery lasts this short time? Also, sometimes the backlight turns on by itself even nothing and no one is close to it. Does that happen to anybody else? Thanks

Holy shit thank you. Had keyboard connected with bluetooth. Accidentally turned off bluetooth and then was stuck at mac login screen. Usb receiver wouldnt work until i did this

Can someone please help me? I have a logitech MX keys keyboard. It’s completely dead. Period. I plugged it into charge it yesterday and it was working fine. This morning it is completely dead. I change the batteries in my mouse, my mouse works fine, but the keyboard is dead. It does not illuminate. I did try the on off button and it does not turn the keyboard on. I am desperate, please advise.

Hi Marcus, Thanks for sharing, However i am facing an issue where in the keyboard when connected to ipad pro where when i hit the keys u,i,o,j,k,l & m - it is trying to scroll instead of these letters. can you suggest any inputs for the same? The keys are working perfectly when connected to iphone

Does anyone have a clue to fix my issue? With Bluetooth everything works fine but I want to use the keyboard also when booting/ restart my laptop. I wanna use the Mx keys mini with the Bolt receiver but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried multiple options: used different bolt receivers I own, reset the keyboard , switched between the 3 connecting buttons,,.. it’s my business laptop and I have no admin access to install the logi options software. Btw with my regular Mx keys (for business) and its logi bolt it works perfectly fine. 🤔

Hi Marcus, I've already done this procedure and my MX continues to disconnect and connect every 2 or 3 seconds, do you know how to solve this problem? Currently I'm using the receiver.
