IMO, Pro X versus the Viper V2 Pro is a better comparison since they are very much similar. The Viper Ultimate was released way much earlier, but still a great gaming mouse.

@@jp28491 No. The Viper V2 completely outclasses the Superlight. The Viper ultimate is was released around the same time as the Superlight, but even then in terms of components it's technically better.

All of my Logitech mouse has been double clicking so no more Logitech mouse for me. Razer viper is working great for me no issues so far. Have been using it for over a year now.

Good choice. I have been putting daily hours (gaming & office work) into the Viper for almost a year now with no issues aside from general wear & tear on the rubber side grips I had also used a Superlight last year but it had developed a double click issue on the left button within just 3-4 months. The Razer uses optical switches so no double click issues there.

@@sn1p1nused both and they’re both great the main difference is the weight and how you hold the mouse they’re both top tier mice but the Razer one is on a really big sale and about $50 cheaper so it’s a better choice right now

viper ultimate is the one i can see living for a long long time logitech superlight is just not enough the fact that it doesn't contain a docking stations makes it also so much slower than the viper ultimate + can't forget the 8khz polling rate.

Razer mice have reportedly been failing after 8-12 months of use. Docking stations make a mouse much heavier, if you care about weight. 8khz polling is unoptimized in most games, and is an incredibly small difference from 4khz. (let alone 4khz from 1khz.)

i have the deathadder v2 hyperspeed because the other ones are a bit too small for my hand, my brother has the viper ultimate and i can play with it but the Deathadder is more comfortable for my hand and aiming but i think i will also switch soon to the viper 2 pro or sum

If anyone wants a straight up better mouse, gprox(160) is the best. However, if you don’t care that much about weight and want something that looks cooler, go vUltimate(80).

@@Omabatfartsbruh Ive tried Logitech and I currently use Viper Ultimate. As I said - for the design alone its much better. Performance wise its indistinguishable, theres no performance difference between top level mice anyway. Therefore differences come down to design, size and shape and maybe some accessories. Otherwise every mice in this price range and at this caliber perform same. Ultimate comes with charging dock, G pro doesnt and dock looks absolutely clean and futuristic with that RGB lighting, it has rubber side grips, G pro doesnt, it has side buttons on both sides, g pro doesnt and thats a big dealbreaker since they are very useful for several thing, I mostly use them for sound control without even flexing more than 1 muscle. Razer software is better and more in the character of the product itself. G pro is a great mouse with nothing extra, just a great performer, otherwise it looks very basic, comes with nothing, has worse software and no lighting (which is unacceptable for me) Im simply not willing to use such a basic looking mouse with no lighting too. Ultimate just looks great, futuristic and charging dock is way too good to miss out on. Basically Razer products have lot more character than logitech or most of the other brands have ever had.
