That joke's grown old imo, so let a professional linguist up the ante. So, what you typed is what was misheard. This is what was heard: Romanized Thai: "Thorthaṣn hæng pratheṣthiy thāng leuxk him khxng pwng chn" Thai: "โทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย ทางเลือกใหม่ของปวงชน" English translation: "Television of Thailand, A new choice for everyone"
