Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi stated on Thursday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should read Congress's manifesto before accusing the Grand Old Party of providing reservations based on religion. Speaking exclusively to India Today TV, she said, "... I would advise the Prime Minister to read our (Congress) manifesto before he speaks about it. And the other advice that I would give him, although I am younger than him and shouldn't be advising him, is that he should speak about his (BJP) manifesto. What is the BJP offering to the public today." Speaking on the alleged assault on AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, Priyanka Gandhi said she supports women irrespective of parties and expressed hope that the AAP will address the matter and find a solution. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Maliwal recently accused Kejriwal’s personal assistant, Bibhav Kumar, of "misbehaving" with her at the official residence of the Chief Minister.
