High Court rejecting Kejriwal’s challenge to his arrest: 1. You are the one who avoided summons by ED for a long time. There were no elections at that time, so you can’t now connect your arrest with the elections. 2. ⁠You appeared to have deliberately caused the delay to the ED action, to make a ruse later when election schedule gets promulgated. 3. ⁠you can’t say that the court deciding on your arrest and remand, was out of political rivalry. Courts work according to the constitution. 4. ⁠court decided the matter based on hard evidence of the money trail and of the ill gotten money used in Goa election. 5. ⁠You can’t take the plea of someone having been coerced by ED to become an approver. ED doesn’t decide whether someone is an approver or not. Court does. 6. ⁠You are free to cross examine any witness, including an approver, during the trial. You can’t question the witness at this stage. 7. ⁠you can’t drag central government into this and accuse them of malice. It is a matter entirely between ED and you as an individual. 8. ⁠you can’t claim immunity from law or a preferential treatment before law. CM is same as any other ordinary person, before law….,,All these 40 chors want Green card to loot and not face the Law of the Land. They get arrested for all their misdeeds. I am sure people will show their exit route with the finger

Tehseen said they want to topple the government but the main role of the Opposition is: to question the government of the day and hold them accountable to the public. This also helps to fix the mistakes of the Ruling Party. The Opposition is equally responsible in upholding the best interests of the people of the country.

Congress is dancing like they have topped the election and they can dictate terms... It's like a kid who failed in exams even after the support of "panchi/ farrey" given, but is happy that he failed with 99 marks as compared to 42 marks last time out of 543 marks and the one who had the highest marks in the last exam of 303 has now got 242 which is still the highest iis not the topper. How childishly ignorant... They are not able to accept that the people still have BJP as the first choice irrespective of the seats getting less than the last.

Can the people of India elect the speaker of LS instead of opposition parties or the ruling party voting in for their preferred candidate? At-least then can partial Democracy for a brief period prevail after one of the parties either ruling or opposition bribe and purchase his/her integrity & morals in the long run just so that Democracy can be kept in check by the dictators who run all of the political parties in the country!!!!
