A fun thing to do with this is to sit in meditation pose and allow yourself to flow in branching movements as a tree, feeling what a tree must feel

Absolutely! And just a side note: Cacao does have caffeine, just as kombucha (another beverage I still drink) has some caffeine as well. I’m experimenting around with adding more holistic energy to my life while also staying aware. As a ceremony and every once in a while drink, I feel perfectly happy and comfortable to drink cacao. I’ve learned one cup is perfectly enough. And as far as tea and coffee, I still drink decaf. To each their own in lessening or completely limiting their intake of caffeine. Every step in that direction is a good step. Thanks for letting me talk about this here as well!
