Yep ever since I have seen loki in thor kind of 5 or 6 years ago I have never thought him evil cause he was wronged by odin literally what he didn't do to get his father's love and trust he even killed his biological father. But odin never loved him like thor he was the who was wrong..... Loki even tried suicide at the last of thor movie that scene broke me

I have been treated VERY different throughout my years. Sometimes I feel I may be adopted even though I am not. People have said things from "Why do have you have to be such a showoff?" to "Stop acting like a lame brain." I've seen differences in me just like Loki. Only a certain pair of people actually enjoy my personality. If only Loki were here we could relate. :*)

Thank you so much, kind person =) You are adopted as well? I would say it's different for us all, but i think it's ingrained into our mentalities, one's given up, how volatile love is when at birth we were already given up. I was fortunate to be adopted by kind people. But distance is hard to ignore when we are of different races, so naturally i felt ugly and a freak. I understand Loki's pain, as he feels betrayed and that he was never loved by anyone at all.

What I'm trying to say is. Loki WAS used as nothing but a relic, no matter what Odin says. he never gave a damn about Loki...and even if he did he should have said something, acted like a father and said how much he cared and wanted Loki as a son... How Loki turned out is understandable...I wouldn't be surprised if he has/had a mental breakdown. finding out your entire life is a lie...its horrible.

Thor is the strong and positive part of us that grew up unharmed by the world. Loki is that part of our pain, lost dreams and illusion we want so much that we loose ourselves.

Just as my own father - Odin is a strong leader men and protector. In order to empower someones spirit sometimes we have to hurt the ones we love the most for their own good. Odin sleeps cause Loki is raging separated from his other part. Father must not interact until the end. Loki gets the throne and everything he craved so much together with his silly good and so weak brother locked on earth. How ironic that Odin knew when will Thor regain his powers. Just in the moment when Loki becomes dangerous to people. If they were more patient - Thor could have stayed on earth with his love and help the humanity as a normal human... with Loki as a king of Asgard. People have lost the sense of calm spirit and abbility to negotiate with enemies. Just like modern countries should do. Fighting for piece is like fucking for virginity. LEARN. Movie is a far greater joy than just relax. Concentrate. Watch the actions of the characters as if you were doing it. Compare them to your life and soon you will be able to fully understand every song and movie.

Two of my cousins are adopted. I can't say that I know what it feels like though, since I'm not. Although I still know what it feels like to be treated different in some way. I was born with a birthmark on one side of my face and my parents tried to get rid of it throughout my childhood and early teen years with laser surgery. And my mom has said things like "Cover that up." for job interviews, etc. So I often felt like people didn't accept me for who I am.

Yes!! It sounds so much like Thor's beautiful love! I imagine these are completely Thor's sentiments for Loki, but while actually making the video for the lack of footage i ended up making Loki say some of the lines in a cynical way. But regardless, i think people feel the same that it's Thor's song to Loki :)

I found out I was adopted by my nan and gramp when I was nine. to put it in simple terms, I felt like my entire life was a lie. I felt as if my entire world was shattered, and it was only because they made it 100% clear that they loved me, I was able to realise it didn't matter that they weren't my birth parents, they were still MY parents. Loki was never told, he found out himself, and instead of explaining or even saying Loki was loved, Odin explained how Loki was left to die..then fell asleep

Well I am medicated now so it's easier, but every day tends to be a struggle of some kind. You just kind of learn to deal you know. I accept it as a part of me I can't change.
