@@movielover7565gotg 3 was great. It is just what u expect from a gotg movie. Dumb fun and all. The racoon backstory was great tho.gotg3 is gud but the plot isn't unique. But loki writing is genius. . It had a certain direction and lots of themes and the characters were amazing and more than just one directional characters. It was just great. It is a redemption for iconic loki. But as well as a redemption for marvel which had shitty writing and boring plots in a while. They handled loki well. Plus gotg3 and loki are completely different movie. Gotg is more leaning into comedy and action than any other genre. So loki definitely had more of an impact

1:21 brings me to tears each time. as we hear the trumpets, synths, strings, we watch as Renslayer sits in fear and confusion, as she sees her fate right before her. it's frightening, but moving at the same time. and gosh, the way it just cuts off before we TRULY see her end is insane. it all felt unreal. without Natalie Holt, this show wouldn't be the same, absolutely brilliant.

Loki not only replaced the means of stabilizing time… but also its ideology. If I may, time was being held together and thought of as a stream, fabric, threads that were woven through a loom and would create the very fabric of time. Throughout the show everyone’s been referring the deviations from the “Sacred Timeline” as branches. Loki took the idea of holding all the branches together, and creating what we now see is the Tree of Yggdrasil. Here, branches are free to grow atop this mighty tree with no need to saw off branches. Here, the roots of various timelines pass through the stump of the tree, and grow atop it into the timelines of their own. Now, time is not fabric to be woven into a rope that will eventually fray, time… is now a sturdy tree, to grow for eons untold.

Obviously we're venturing into philosophical discussions so lots of interesting ideas. The problem I see is that Loki's influence (green parts) is limited to the trunk and some roots of the tree, while Kane's influence (purple parts) are spreading high among the branches. Can Loki ever catch up to these, or is that not his plan? Maybe now there's a large part of the universe WITH Kanes and a large part WITHOUT Kanes?

the face that loki made at 1:16 pretty much sums up the story for me, tbh. as he's walking while holding the timelines in his hands, its like the weight of the world is weighing on him, and its probably heartbreaking for him in this moment because he knows that life will continue on without him. but nevertheless, he looks up, with a sense of duty on his face, because he was doing it for all of them. it seemed like although he knew he would be alone, he was accepting of it, as he now saw that this was his glorious purpose, but just not the way he expected it would manifest. nevertheless there's that glint of happiness in his eyes at this moment because he finally found out who he was truly meant to be. he was right, he didn't like hurting people. he didn't. and ultimately, in a selfless act, he took his seat on the throne, sacrificing himself, his happiness, and never being able to see his friends or family again, for the sake of saving trillions of people, mortal or not, superhero or not superhero, because ultimately he knew it was the right thing to do.

This is such a terrifying and sad chapter in the MCU. Loki was our final semblance of what we had before and now we're left with hopes for what is to come. The ethereal music really reminded me of little big planet and the adventurous atmosphere it provided in my childhood. Our know and home is shifting and fading as we settle into the unknown. Natalie Holt captured that perfectly in this piece.

Sacrificing our desires for the good of others.. Growing up and being responsible ..his desire once was to become a king... Now he is a king but at what cost...the ultimate power of responsibility made him mature and become the man who cares about nothing but peace.. I can't get the right words...
