Great acting by Lola. She'll cover this terrible illness in a dignified and brave way because she is such a lovely person and also a great mum to Lexi. My heart aches watching the scenes tonight. 😟

Danielle’s acting is golden. She can mimic actual seizure. Very detailed piece of art here. Kudos to her and the crew. 🎉 This storyline gonna be very heartbreaking. 😢

Lola is a great character in Eastenders so sad she's leaving but I know she will do justice in the brain tumour storyline and will be missed terribly but I do wish her the very best in the future

From my experiences of having seizures myself omg what an ep very upsetting gonna miss Lola.

I lost my ma to a stage 4 glioblastoma in July 2021 we had 2 months with her to help her with everything and make her comfortable from diagnosis to her passing its so painful even to this day 💔

My Father died in 2000-a brain tumour ( plus other complications),the details are kind of fuzzy for me after all this time;I was @uni.,home for the summer, probably. I recall one of his legs shaking uncontrollably during one evening- he was just sitting in a chair in the lounge. Ultimately he was in hospital,then later transfered to a hospice;(all staff in the hospital,& latterly hospice were Fab.,in point of fact). It was 3 months btwn. diagnosis &his death. His tumour was inoperable. So I fully understand the pain, & this timeline for Lola. Nightmarish. If anyone reading this has concerns in any way shape or form,go to your G.P. HugsXXXX.

The character of Lexi is nauseating. Spoiled. Bratty. Mean. I assume the writers have big things in store when she gets older.

In 1998 Tiffany Mitchell was killed off with the sole purpose of allowing Grant to have Courtney. In 2006 Kathy was killed off (but later revived) with the sole purpose of allowing Phil to have Ben. Now they are doing the same thing with Lola all so that Ben will fully have Lexi. This is one of the reasons why I am not looking forward to this storyline because the true intentions of this storyline is for Ben to have full control of his daughter. This is nothing new as they have already done this with Phil and Grant to give them full control over their children. The methods of giving Grant, Phil, and now Ben full control over their children are the same: get the other parent (Tiffany, Kathy, and Lola) out of the way for good. To deprive little kids (Courtney, Ben, and now Lexi) of their mothers (Tiffany, Kathy, and now Lola) like that just so their volatile and unpleasant fathers (Grant, Phil, and now Ben) can have full and sole control over them is pretty disturbing and alarming, especially given the fact that Danielle Harold NEVER wanted to leave. I can see right through the writers storyline for Lola and I am seeing this storyline exactly for what it is: an excuse to give Ben full control over his daughter. Ben Mitchell's anger, volatility, and general unpleasantness rivals even that of his father, uncle, and grandfather. It was Lola who raised Lexi alone for the first 6 years of her life and although Lexi can be a bit of an annoying brat she is still overall a really well-adjusted kid and that is all because of Lola. Even when Ben has been present in Lexi's life, it has been shown that people like Jay, Billy, and even Callum have acted more like proper fathers to Lexi than Ben ever has. I fear what will happen if Ben (who has no hesitations in shouting at his daughter) raises Lexi alone. The only time when Ben ever bothers with Lexi (when he is not shouting at her or letting Lola do all the work) is after people (like Lola, Jay, Callum, or Kathy) scold him to be there for Lexi. Anyone else agrees? Please give me your opinions!

They need the Michelle family back to help with Ben's rap story line and Lola cancer story line .they need to get to thougher and I have a feeling calmem and Ben with be back together again soon at Christmas time.and they can bring up the kid thougher and the Michelle family will take matters into their own hands with with raps and also help the kid out .

These story lines ate do predictive. Very similar storyline in Coronation St some yrs ago. All these soaps need new script writers. If you see Coronation St East Enders and Emmerdale it's the same stories. Please change the record
