@@jasonwatson1412 I love the 80’s too. New Wave and Pop music was better. But as far as rock bands, 90’s all day long. The 80’s had too many bands with teased hair, spandex, lipstick and voices that sounded like their balls were in a vice.
@zedhiro6131

90’s grunge was the death of rock and roll, in the 80’s there were fun songs, about women, sex, cars, ect. 90’s came along and we got depressing navel gazing crap about being a better man. That’s why 90’s rap took off because it was fun.
@Bolt_theG35
@Bolt_theG35 2 ай бұрын
@@zedhiro6131 I agree 80’s rock (music and videos) were more fun, but it was also more contrived and cheesy imo, the majority of those bands were imaged to target and attract 15 year old girls. While grunge wasn’t as fun, it was more raw and real, it actually spoke the listener. And the songs in the 90’s were just better musically imo. And the (concerts) were actually more fun. 80’s concerts were shows that were more about lights and explosions. 90’s concerts were wild events you could go crazy at and release. I thought they were way more fun.
