i was tearing up watching this entire thing, the paraorchestra played amazingly. i could tell it was strawberry swing, but as soon as it goes to Jonny, and all you can hear is him playing that riff, i literally started crying uncontrollably. absolutely the best performace. well done guys

I hear ya! I'm a 63 year old man and I get choked up every time I hear "Yellow", "Up With the Birds", or "Fix You", butterflies in my stomach when "Shiver", "Clocks", or "Hurts Like Heaven" come on, and I'm always smiling with anything else they play. I sure hope they decide to tour in 2020 - They said they might if they can figure out how to fly all the people and equipment around and still honor their "low carbon footprint" principles. Let's hope so.

I hope they tour also they are playing in London on Monday but i wont be able to make it as im working im so gutted i probably wouldn't be able to get tickets anyways. I would love to meet the band so the can autograph may skin so i could get it tattooed i do already have a coldplay tattoo but another 4 wouldn't hurt lol

This entire 13 minutes set was amazing, ground-breaking and brilliant - from the hugely talented disabled musician orchestra at the start, through the three dimensional perspective, dancing and music (yes, including a lovely hi-energy song from Rihanna - performed beautifully from that aerial swing, which would challenge most folk) to Coldplay's anthem at the end and the resounding audience participation at the end. Brilliant part of the closing ceremony to the Olympics in London in 2012. All truly Olympians.

The technical brilliance of pulling this hugely moving performance of in a beautiful, colourful and buzzing London arena in amazing. The disabled dancers and musicians along with the other dancers were astonishing. I know nothing about Rihanna but she sang a lovely song very well and has a great voice and very gamely performed during the aerial gymnastics. All credit to her. Coldplay were magnificent as ever and the Viva la Vida conclusion inspired and inspirational - just listen and look at the crowd's response here, at Glastonbury and in Manchester. Music sung by the good people of the world, wins over the bad folk, every time.
