Even if I was a multi-millionaire, I wouldn't pay the high prices of accommodation in these Boroughs. If you want to be central, Camden and Wandsworth make much more sense. Otherwise, Bromley or Kingston are actually the best balance of property prices, commuting times and relatively green pleasant areas.

I hear you Mark .Camden does offer some hidden gems 💎 of neighbourhoods . People generally associate it with just the market but the borough offers so much more . May be worth posting a few in the future ?

Belsize Park is in Camden...Have you actually looked at flats or just going by the common misconceptions of people who've never looked? There are plenty of affordable flats, especially given it's location.

Hi Danny. I think you should rename this post to 'Top four London Boroughs to live in in my opinion). The boroughs you have named are very expensive both for renters and buyers. There are much cheaper places with green spaces, nightlife and other amenities. and all of London has good transport links really. I live near Shoreditch which is very hip, vibrant and close to large open spaces. Renting can still be pricey but, no more than most areas in London.

Hi Jan, For sure there are other amazing boroughs in London and the selection was based on the demand we've experienced the last few years. Shorditch is a great neighbourhood in the London borough of Hackney and i have been meaning to shoot some videos in East London including Old St and Hoxton. Although it's crazy how expensive these areas are now compared to 10 years ago

Think you should rename the title. This seems to be a video for people renting. In terms of what makes the borough good to live in, you probably should mention crime rates, accessibility to local amenities, other unique features as well as cost of living. Hope you make further videos, perhaps once on top boroughs to buy a house!

Well if you want green spaces Richmond wins hands down. The great park is one of the largest urban green areas in the World. This borough is also situated on the Thames, adjacent to the famous Kew Gardens and is an unrivalled transport hub. The downside? Well it ain’t cheap for obvious reasons - lol

Yes! I live near Richmond (St. Margarets) - and Richmond is absolutely beautiful! Many other parks nearby - Bushy Park, Marble Hill, etc. ❤❤

from an investment point of view i love East London, likewise for renting can deliver great value with excellent access into the city.. what exactly would you like to know about these areas? as i plan content for 2024 would be interesting to know my viewers questions and concerns

hello fellow born and raised Londoner, I feel you and i too have had to make compromises. sadly we are somewhat of a unicorn in these boroughs with most residents from out of town or overseas, I mean i love to see a mixture yet, there are not some many locals anymore.

However much does someone need to earn in order to live in areas like this? I would be inclined to think that both Bromley and Kingston would be more pleasant and peaceful areas to live in, where there is more green space,, but still suffer from traffic and parking problems. Equally money given to a landlord in rent could be going towards a mortgage.

Don't live in Chelsea and Kensington. Just visit there if you live already in London. There's much more outside this borough. Live here 5 years now between Hackney and Islington

Angel, Islington has got to be one of my best neighbourhoods! There is a variety of demographic, independent restaurants and shops, food heaven! proximity to the city and just in general has.a great vibe!!! Finsbury Park is the one to watch for property investment. Hackney has changed substantially and also great vibe!

Harrow is not an area i'm familiar with and yet I know rental is relative low compared to other Boroughs and it's a good opportunity for investment as it has great connection to central london
