The best one yet !! Imagine anybody from the 16th Century gazing down from the top of the hill upon the modern scene. It would blow their socks off.

During the blitz on London all the locals gathered on that hill and watched the bombs falling. It would be interesting to see footage of that

I think it’s because the viewpoint the pictures were taken of the scenery were at a different spot

Excellent work! But I feel sorry to say there is a typo: it’s William IV who reign in 1830-1837 rather than William VI. XD

Little Ireland in Manchester would be a good one too. It's a slum area and is not the usual grand area that gets done.

Depends on how likely it would have been well documented/ photographed. I find a lot of famous views work better as I can source many images through the years of the same perspective whilst navigating around any copyright issues.
