7:!6 i put it this way. you wouldnt put off a really good flat/ home that is great that you love just because the floor in one room is awful or if a room has damp or a bit of mould in it. things like this you can change very easily even overtime. we recently moved into a 1742 cottage up north and was abandoned for 25 years, windows were all rotten, no floor in it at all, the barn was honestly delapidated. still not great now but will eventually make a beautiful house lol
