I like the inspiration of disciplining yourself everyday. Only thing i dont agree with is everybody getting the same cut. If u in the room and you didnt do anything, you dont get a cut, relationship is there but you gotta play, compose or write something and it the value should match the number. Why let labels dictate how you get paid, we suppose to be fighting against the status quo, not trying to make it easier for the labels when they have a history of not doing the right thing by creatives and we shouldnt be turning into them either. But everything else is solid.
