I would be interested to hear if people correctly guessed the 2 LIES in this video and if not, which did you think weren't true but in fact were? Also, are there any London stories we should have included?

I guessed them both yay! The NHS I wasn't sure about but it seemed far fetched :) lol Maybe a part 2 in the future? I'd love to hear more facts.

I'm a nerd about all things monarchy, so I knew straight away the one about the Queen's name was false. I also guessed the one about the NHS was false. So, two for two! As per usual, very enjoyable video :)

I spotted the name of the queen right away.. and was suspicious of NHS meaning and cake shape inspired in the building XD. I really like these videos!! I've been living in London for about 3 years and I keep dicovering things I don´t know! I might never stop feeling like a tourist in my city. Also.. all this information helps me give amazing tours to my friends and family when they visit, and it makes them love the place I choose to live too :) Thank you!

Every single thing that the Parliament gift shop sells with the words "Big Ben" on them ALL have a picture of the clock, not a bell. That's just them yaking the tourists' chains :)

@@SuitcaseMonkey Yes it was me, in this one the weather is a little damp out and you are walking hand and hand. I have even spotted myself in a Watched Walker video. I am sitting in the Bryson's at Greenwich and walker comes right by tbe window and at the time I said to Sandra look there is the Watched Walker and we are missed being seen. This was in April of 2019. The Walker did not post that walk until September of 2020. Made my year to catch a glimpse of myself in the window. Take Care Chris and Sandra of Canada.

The clock isn't big Ben the bell is well it was till it got broken and replaced 🤷‍♂️im only like 3 mins in straight to the comments 😂🤣 Since the tower was not yet finished, the bell was mounted in New Palace Yard but, during testing, it cracked beyond repair and a replacement had to be made. The bell was recast on 10 April 1858 at the Whitechapel Bell Foundry as a 13.5-ton (13.76-tonne) bell.

The tower, clock and bell are all called Big Ben, and have been by generations of Londoners.

Colloquially, yes, all three are known as Big Ben. But as stated in the video only the Great Bell is actually called Big Ben. Calling anything else by that name is officially wrong. No matter what generations of Londoners say.

It’s not a country but the US Virgin Islands, they drive on the left side of the road like the UK.
