Old fashioned Italian style. That looks like a classic vehicle he is using, very distinctive it certainly gives special character and enhanced ambience. Thought the food looked really decent especially those nice chips he was serving. 😋🍔 (Very original concept).

The only thing i don’t like is that he uses the same gloves when slicing the bun, holding the raw meat, handling the fries and getting the payment. Lots of bacterias and perhaps salmonella. It’s not clean.

This guy is great, clean, efficient and displays all the best technics. 10/10 for me. The meat looks amazing too.

Instead of mayo (yuck), hows about a slathering of salted buffalo butter on the top bun? It would go well with the fontina cheese. Still trying to figure out how this is "Italian style" rather than an American style burger. Can't be the Citroen instead of a Piaggio Ape? The burgers look great! I was trying to figure out what makes it “Italian” burgers? After watching it twice it looks to me that instead of the typical ground beef.. the burgers are made with either sausage or a mix of beef and sausage. I could be wrong. Im just going by the way the texture of the meat. What makes me so upset about some of the videos is the fact that the food looks so tasty and than the OCD in me start to notice he is touching dirty money while also handling the food. He also is cross contaminating the cook meat with the meat already cooked! No thank you! When are food vendors going to realize the gloves is not to protect your hands its used to protect the customer from germs! Use glove wisely and pay attention to what your doing if you want to serve food to the public!!
