A lot of this was shot in the City of London, I recognise Cannon Street, Mansion House, as well as a little further west with Holborn Viaduct, Farringdon Street, Ludgate Circus, Blackfriars Bridge, etc. The articulated truck with huge reels of newsprint on its trailer was a common sight there in pre- Murdoch days when most of the National newspapers had their offices in Fleet Street. The narrow lanes behind, like St Bride's and Bouverie Street were where the entrances to the printing works were and would would be clogged with these trucks unloading ready for the night's press run. A lot of this traffic came into London past us on the A20 from Reed's Aylesford Paper Mills on the Medway near Maidstone.

@@dieseldragon6756 The Scammel in the video and its successor the Scarab were popular with railway companies, breweries and other tightly confined settings, as the rig could be turned in its own length. It had an automatic coupling device and could carry "conflats" direct from the train, an early form of containerisation.
