One of the cars is an F-reg, so I’ll say this is the winter of ‘88/‘89.

I didn’t see a car to my knowledge newer than an E Reg, which probably means at a guess this is either 87 or 88

When life was alot better, and cars too, now days cars are just ugly and all techy, these new ones are just getting worse and EV crap that's coming up now which is ruin for the gen and no good for future, its all for money, gov wants to ripp us off by taxing older cars and when these "future eletric shit comes", then they gonna tax them like 10 times more, its all bs now days, no one cares about anyone, not many people are genuine or realistic anymore, youngsters are getting either penalised with rules and brain washed with these so called new developments that are no good to us other then rich and politicians as always they benefit.
