I really admire how you study so hard and eat healthy too.... I have a habit of stress eating due to which my weigjt has grown exponentially and since now I am on a weight loss journey, seeing someone eat healthy while working so hard inspires me a lot !! Lots of love mwah!

I write various things like my thoughts/ reflections (changes everyday!) but always with prayer and resolutions i made upon that day’s bible reading

@@EstherLee1 Ah i see! Sounds a bit similar to what i do during bible readings. The reflecting part i mean. It's my first time going through it cover to cover. But im not familiar with writing down prayers while doing so. I want look into that. Thanks for the reply! 😊
