It’s a great idea to change the bezel it completely changes the look of the watch. Thank you for showing us how to do this I’ve never seen it done before.The Pepsi I like on the watch it looks nice . Looking forward to watching you soon , Happy New Year to you .

Great video but as someone who worked with a Rolex technician for 3 years, you are doing it correctly but I would suggest doing it the second way by putting on the bezel first like you did followed by aligning the bezel insert with the dial. It always bothered me when they just simply popped on the bezel and no worries were given. Some may not care but I like a perfectly lined bezel when I can.

Interesting i all ways thought it would be harder than that to change the bezel , never really thought about changing the bezel thinking it would be to difficult E.G. elinegment issues and damage to the watch its self but you made that look easy . Good choice on the bezel 👍🏼

great video! just think about aligning the triangle on the bezel with the 12 a clock line when you push the new bezel in. as you can see in the video you are actually slightly off to the left with the insert.

how are you making sure that the newly inserted bezel is aligned perfectly? are there any additional slots or do you have to place it perfectly each time you swap?

Great vid brother, but im amazed how easy is to remove rolex bezel without much force and bending the case and bezel... Also im amazed how rolex insert doesnt need any glue but when u click it its super solid... Thats very nice and if other companies start making their bezels this way will be much easier if bezel spring broke to change it or something else happen. Cheers!

HNY. Nice, I would go with the Pepsi bezel, it's the one that comes to mind first, and that distinguishes most from bezels from other models.

Great video ! Now I believe I could change the bezel myself. I like the Coke bezel because the red and black pop out and shows the beauty of the GMT Master ii. What is the correct Coke bezel code from Rolex. I would like to purchase one. My watch is Rolex GMT Master ii 16710. Please advise! Thanks

Small tip when you next do this again, as you done all the steps right but when you put the ceramic, just line the top marking on the bezel to the top marking of the watch so it lines up perfect as yours was a bit off center

thanks for this information, i would like to ask : could all GMT have their bezel changed , , also which is reasonably priced GMT that could have its bezel changed to Pepsi , buying a Pepsi is rather expensive that why i am thinking to get just GMT with its standard black bezel and then change it to Pepsi, thanks

My favorite on this model is still the Pepsi. Just more eye-catching without being gaudy. And my father had one for a while, so it reminds me of him (RIP) too 🙂

Where can you source genuine bezel? My country AD and service center not sold separately even services and has replace parts. Service center never return old parts.

Do u remove your own links? If so what tools are required for a jubilee bracelet... my AD removed 2 links from the same side an now the clasp is offset so I wanted to correct it myself

Check out my latest video where I give tips on bracelet resizing. 1.6mm Horotec hollow ground screwdriver, butane blowtorch, Kapton polymide tape. See links below. Firstly put polymide tape over the screw. Then heat the other end for 10 seconds with the blowtorch to melt the threadlock. Then unscrew using the hollow ground screwdriver. The polymide tape prevents scratches to the links if one slips with the screwdriver. If you keep changing the insert, will it wear off the metal over time, causing it to be not as tight as before?

Yes, it’s best to source a separate bezel ring for each insert, but they are not as “easy” to get as the insert themselves. With bezel rings or grips, you can change them on a daily basis without wear.

I really want my first Swiss watch to be a Rolex Submariner. However, it seems like all the watches are impossible to get from an authorized AD. Any advice on how to get one guys? aside from second market not paying 20k for it. Thanks
