Welcome to Movie Shortens. A lonely man in search of love meets the woman of his dreams, but it’s complicated because it is only a voice in his head. He searches the name she has given him, and discovers from the internet that she is beautiful, and they have so much in common. But is she real, or just his split personality he has conjured up to quell his need for intimacy?

Pretty bad psychologists if they care more about a date than you hearing voices in your head.

if a person "hears" a voice IN their head, WHY do they think they need to TALK OUT LOUD?

This story very much reminds me of an ex roommate who's younger brother started developing schizophrenia at 19. Long, long but very interesting story but eventually he drove to an address in Georgia and found the key (he was "supposed" to find under the welcome mat)... Long story short he went in and crawled into bed with a man and his wife. True story... Imagine sleeping with your spouse and some stranger crawls into bed with you, in your bedroom, in your secured house.... Wow.

This reminds me of my brother who suffers from Schizophrenia. I remember when he completely lost it and thought people were out to get him and to rob him. He broke his brand New 60 inch TV, Brand New laptop and Electric Guitar along with some other Valuable stuff. so they would have nothing to steal and hopefully they would leave him alone he threw out the electronics in the trash can out side of our house, so the "Robbers" would see it. I woke up that night to Guns in my face, while being told to get out of bed and to crawl on the floor towards them. I thought we were actually being robbed and the only thought I had was how do I get to my gun to save myself and my family. Next thing I knew they were yelling where's the gun at, where's the gun at. I didn't say anything at that moment and thought to my self how TF do they know about my gun, who told them ?!?! I started to yell at them F U, who the F are you, F U, F U, you MF'S and they kept yelling Crawl to us and I stopped and said NO F U, F U, SMD you MF'S ! ! I couldn't see anything because my room was completely dark and they had flash lights in my face, turns out it was the local PD THANK GOD my gun wasn't near me I would have died that night ! ! ! When I realized this I asked what was going on and where is the rest of my family and all they were concern with is a gun. Turns out My brother called them from the top of our roof and said some one broke into our house and killed my whole family. He told me what he thought happened that night when he got better. He said he heard my mom and dad begging for help and for him to save them and then he heard the gun go off and then it went silent. After a few seconds of silence he heard me begging for my life and for them not to kill me and for my brother to please help me and save me and that's when he heard another gun shot go off and he Knew in his heart that his entire family just got murdered. So he called 911 while yelling at the neighbors for help and to call 911 because his entire family just got murdered. The cops thought I had something to do with it because they said there was NO way I slept through all of that noise plus them kicking in my front and room door. As I explained to them I had just got off from working 16 hrs straight and I'm a super heavy sleeper to begin with so No I didn't hear anything ! ! ! Both my parents explained the same thing to the cops about me so they left me alone and went to get my brother down from the roof. That's when I heard him screaming and crying that his whole family got murdered and that he didn't want to see our dead bodies and that he's SOOO SORRY for not helping us. The minute he saw us he couldn't believe it, that we were fine and that nothing actually happened to us. He started crying even more while THANKING GOD that we were still alive and well. We gave him a hug and told him it was going to be okay. They took him to the hospital for mental help were he spent 3 weeks recovering from that whole situation. What made him lose it was he stopped taking his medicine and my oldest brother along with our neighbor started messing with him for a week straight. They were throwing rocks at his window late at night and knocking on his window as well. The last thing they did that made him completely lose it, they wrote him a letter saying they were going to break into our house, rob him, drug him and torture him that's what lead to everything that happened that night. Schizophrenia isn't anything to mess with especially not to mess with someones mind who suffers from it SMFH. IT took me a while to forgive them after I found out what they did because again I could honestly be dead right now. Especially if I had my daughter that night because I would have done anything and everything to protect her especially since I didn't know it was the local PD that night.. All I could think of is what if she was with me and I pulled out a weapon thinking I'm defending my self and her and the cops would have opened fire killing me and my daughter. To this day it still makes me extremely angry when ever I think about it ! ! !

The telepathic connection was metaphorical. It wouldn't be any different if they met on a dating app or at some party and kept each other's contact details. It just works out better this way because she has plausible deniability.

I don't feel bad for this guy. He could have asked police for help instead of barging into a stranger's home and killing him. This guy is a dummy. And she wanted to escape an abusive home and protect her own child. Motherly instinct overcomes everything.

@@sweetsmiles2156 yes. If we consciously watch it there is one important thing: he'd never actually got any proof of the abuse. He "knew" that she is not happy with her marriage for some reason from her. Than he heard she's being followed from her. Only clue about her being attacked was from her screaming in his head. And she was one who described attacker. and one interesting thing: they were both on train from their homes to meeting point and she was on the road when man started to follow her so she left train and she followed her too BUT THEY ALL ENDED IN HER HOUSE. How? Impossible and we know she was manipulating him. There was no train, she was waiting at her house for him to arrive to house she'd never left that day. This or he was having psychotic problems and hallucinating everything
