In this video I go thru the resealing of the top portion of a CVA injection pump. It was leaking out the shut off shaft.

Great video. However, I guess I over torqued the bottom but and broke the stud. Any idea of somewhere to get a replacement?

Thank you for sharing, I have the same problem but how did you or what do you mean by priming the pump

Glad it was helpful. I used the hand pump below the injection pump to push diesel back into the injection pump until the hand pump had pressure on it. Then started the engine. If it gets air you will have to re-bleed the system. I’ve got another video on fuel filter change too if you need to see that process. Hope that helps.
