Not only is Michael Starr underrated but this whole band is honestly. A shame he didn’t make it really big in the early days. This is great! Glad I found it.

Firstly, I'm a big Steel Panther fan. I was just casually scrolling through a random hair metal playlist and I saw the screenshot for this and thought to myself "Woah, that looks like a young Michael Starr!" Turns out it most definitely is. And here I was thinking I knew everything about Steel Panther.

Damn can't stop thinking David Lee Roth and Sebastian Bach mixed together. Been a long time coming but im glad Ralph/Michael is enjoying crazy success now and Steel Panther fucking rocks!! So glad I finally got to see them and hope to see them a few more times.

Imagine if grunge never came around in late `91. Skid Row and Slaughter and possibly these guys and other bands like Tuff would've likely gotten as big as the Crue if hair metal went unimpeded. Damn, now I gotta build a time machine.

Criss Wikked the list of bands from 89 to 92 is very large like Babylon A.D, Wildside, Roxy Blue, Firehouse, Slik Toxik, Tyketto, Beau Nasty, Blue Blud, Syre, Smash L.A, Dirty Blonde, Steelheart, Spread Eagle, Rhino Bucket, Nelson, Every Mother's Nighmare, Warrior Soul, Cold Sweat, Baton Rouge, Saigon Kick, Harem Scarem, and the list goes on and on,those bands should have gotten big in the 90s, grunge should have stayed underground, nu "metal" shouldn't have come up never.

Criss Wikked Honestly it wasn't just grunge that killed it...harder metal outfits like Metallica, Megadeth were gaining in popularity...then Pantera came around in 1990...honestly glam metal was already on the chopping board. I mean, Metal was already splintering apart...then this alternative music took precedent.

i find it funny AF that from back then in the 90's to today that the music is just as good for sure better than most of the 80's glam metal scene was then along the L.A. strip.
