The sun faded to clouds by the afternoon with a few isolated showers by evening, as a slow, lumbering area of low pressure moves east. Rain will develop later tonight and will mainly be on the light side to start tomorrow, but then get heavier in the evening into Thursday morning. Winds will also pick up from the east by the evening so it will wind up being quite miserable indeed. The coastal low cuts off due to no jet stream so the misery will linger into Thursday with drizzle and scattered showers. Friday is the only dry day with clouds and perhaps, some sun. Then we're back into the wet misery for the weekend as yet another slow lumbering low pressure system cuts off.
