I honestly thought that I would not be able to practice sr for more than a few days. Three weeks later and I’m now beginning to believe that this is now becoming my way of life for a lot of different reasons. Besides the usual reasons one thing that I have noticed is my discipline with alcohol improving. If I had one drink, I would keep drinking until drunk. Now I find that I can stop after one or two. This in itself is a miracle. I do find that I don’t want to pollute my body anymore and will give it up completely.

For any man just learning about semen retention, you owe it to yourself to try it. For any man who has tried it and is thinking about going long-term, you won't regret it. For any long-term retentionist considering permanence, the sooner you commit, the sooner you'll be there.

I think the main point is semen retention works but it depends on person to person like mainly when we do semen retention we are like saving the main energy of our body system and life but the most important thing is like how we use that energy and in which direction 🤗

So far I have experienced an emotional positive jump from 2-3 weeks in. I definitely do feel better overall compared to right from the beginning.
