I honestly thought that I would not be able to practice sr for more than a few days. Three weeks later and I’m now beginning to believe that this is now becoming my way of life for a lot of different reasons. Besides the usual reasons one thing that I have noticed is my discipline with alcohol improving. If I had one drink, I would keep drinking until drunk. Now I find that I can stop after one or two. This in itself is a miracle. I do find that I don’t want to pollute my body anymore and will give it up completely.

So far I have experienced an emotional positive jump from 2-3 weeks in. I definitely do feel better overall compared to right from the beginning. But, I feel like the effects have stabilized (still positive but not the huge jump feeling that was felt earlier in the journey). To clarify I am about a month in now.

There are tangible and recognized benefits up to the 3 week mark. I have found anything beyond that, is for the most part self induced plesebo effect. But yes it is worth pursuing. Mainly because that person will be a rare breed in this compulsive society in which we live.

He said "definite chief aim." It's mentioned three times in the book THINK AND GROW RICH. Don't buy the book. The copyright has long expired, so it's available online as a free download. Search it up, then search it for that phrase.
