There is mistake in calculation of D.P.C because you haven't considered it's width and result is written in cubic meter. So either you should consider width or only consider length and width to find out quantity in sq.m (not depth).

There’s a little mistake in plinth height of Short wall it will be 0.8 instead of 0.6. But still it’s just wonderful teaching. ❤️
