In this video, I stream a long play game where I gain a quick advantage in the Dutch opening.
Hopefully, you will gain some useful tips. The time limit is 15+10, my aim is to really explain the thought processes behind the moves that I am playing.

Even though Na6 turned out to indeed be the best move, I still like f4 because it follows the "killer Dutch" rule, when you have a pawn on e5, alway meet e4 with ..f4. Good game Simon, thanks!

This is important. Just hearing you work out calculations in different positions when you have more than 5 minutes on the clock is _gold_. I mean, it's really, truly, valuable. Please keep these coming. GChess subscriber here, and I consider it the basest of base level subs, by that I mean I will unsub from every other chess website before I unsub from gchess. I will have to be wondering how I will feed the kid before I unsub from it. It's great. Keep the long-play vids coming!

Unusual to see a 2000 rated player blunder his queen like that. That's the kind of nonsense I specialize in, but I'm 500 points lower than that. Thanks for the upload Simon.

Simon there is not much stuff out there on the Stonewall dutch at all, even though it is a legendary defense. I think theres a market for a course/dvd. There are fresh Ideas like Rapports not castling and playing an early h5!! Harry!

When opponent offered pawn (let alone when he can take en passant), he Has to take it, or to think for 5 min. - That's a human rule, I use it to win all the time. - as some overpaid jerk used to say - your greatest enemy is yourself.
