@@user-my8vb1pc8r 從小端午節媽媽都煮這道菜，她特別愛吃，現在她老了，每到夏天換我煮給她吃😅。不是淨素的朋友，可加蒜炒香後，放入豆角炒一下，再加茄子一起翻炒，不用熟加水沒過，煮滾煮熟加糖再煮一下即可，不加茄子單煮也行，簡單美味😊。其實偷懶隨便個鍋子，放食材和水煮滾煮熟加糖也行喔！超簡單不仿可試試(我都這樣)😁。加麵線煮成茄子豆角甜湯麵線也不錯吃喔！😋🥣🍜

You can buy the seeds to grow them in the usa or check an Asian grocer store to buy the beans. They’re also called yard long beans.

They are more commonly called Yardlong beans or Chinese long beans but they are a species of Cowpea, that produces a longer pod with more beans. They are delicious!
