Cool, I like how he made a variant of his own game! I can imagine him fleshing out the rules for Five Tribes and seeing that somethings wouldn't work, but instead of just tossing them forever we get a whole new game. Very cool, Mr Cathala.

Bruno is the best game designer of our time. This guy knocks it out of the park time and time again. This is similar to five tribes, but it's a filler version. Love it.

Anyone know where this is available for order in Canada or US? Coolstuffinc says out of stock. Can't even find it on any Canadian online stores.

What's behind all the mancala based games lately? Many are excellent, but so many.

Neat components and very interesting theme. Even though it's not that necessary I can see the theme being well used in this little game. I'd definetly like to give it a try someday. Thanks for the review and keep up with the awesome work!

For the first minute of the review, it didn't look like much of a game. As the review unfolded, a great little game came out. I really want this one. In fact, I think it would make a great solitaire puzzle game, if you played it as trying to gather all of the cows before you can't move again.

This game was first reviewed by Dan a few years ago maybe, so it is not inspired by Five Tribes or anything. It is also on Dan's Top 100 :) It looks neat, but i have a thematic problem with it. Why do you score less, when you have more cows of the same color, yet you can win having them all?.. I understand this is great mechanic to keep a tension between the players, but a bit weird judging by the theme.

I always like hearing Tom's reviews but he is all over the place in his explanations. Watch It Played with Rodney Smith does a great job explaining a game in detail, he is very organized in the way he explains games as well.
