LDCF DIET is a Low Density Carbohydrates Fat Diet. LDCF diet is basically low in carbs, moderate in fats and high in protein. LDCF diet helps to reverse diabetes and also fat loss.
Type 2 diabetes can be controlled and reversed by having a low-carb diet. The concept is very simple carbohydrates provide us with instant energy and the fat is stored in our body and gradually we increase our weight but in low density carbohydrate and fat diet we have to lower the carb intakes and keep the fat and protein intake moderate and high respectively. मेरी शुगर फरवरी मे pp 331 थी अभी शुगर pp 124 कंट्रोल हो गई और वजन 15 किलो कम हुआ. मे अभी remission मे हूं. वजन मेरा 75.20 था ढाई महीने पहले अभी 59.80 है. उम्मीद है reversal हो जाए. आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद सर 🙏🙏 आपने बहुत अच्छा समझाया

Great job. 385 is on the high side. 217 is better but not at a normal level. Sadly it is true that if you stop eating carbs for the rest of your life sugar level will be better. As long as your body is making insulin you can control sugar. It is a billion $ industry. They do have a cure

My hb1a1c is 7.6 to 8.3 Beta beta cell 77 %working insulin sensitivity is 54 % Morning 130 and eating 160 to 200 depends on diet I was normal till June 22,but due to booster dose of corona I become serious about 2 years (Sterlite and redmisiver) was given back now under control, but Hb1a1c never goes to 6.5 age 58 now

जब तक आप गेंहू, चावल , चीनी , दूध और पेकेज फूड नही छोड़ोगे तब तक ठीक नही होंगे । सब ज्ञानबाजी छोड़ो और मिलेट की अंबाली खाली पेट ले उसके बाद मिलेट की रोटी और सब्जी और सलाद ही आपको बचाएगा ।

U r 100% right i m heart patient n few times lived in da hospitals..for angiography or angio plasty..u cant imagine...every time i was given..full egg..while egg yolk is firbidden..next all times in meals..full oily chicken or veg curry.

Thankyou, Doc. YOur videos are very informative, simple to follow and it is so refreshing a doctor explaining a diet, which is rare. I admire this fact. I have a question. My cgm machine and the glucose monitor pin prick results are different and show a difference of 15 points to almost 25 points. which is very confusing. If you could kindly give me insight into it.
