Xylocore is the latest coring system introduced by Longoni to assemble the butts . It has been introduced at the end of 2014 on all cues with flat rings ( curved rings cues like Sultan or Innovation still are made with Solid core technology ) after a long period of test in collaboration with the Longoni players. Each Longoni butt developed to have Xylo core is assembled with a special CNC made wood thread that guarantee stability , straightness and low vibrations. Better balance is guaranteed as no metal inside. Moreover is possible to create a core made of two different wood kinds, to give the proper elasticity to each billiard cue. Available for pool and carom cues.
