Watching this after playing it hundreds of times almost 30 years ago still raises my heart rate because it was a pretty tough game, lol

I remember playing this in 93. This game felt impossible to beat.

Holy crap, it's all coming back to me. The tantrums, the frustration, and playing the 4th level over and over again just to get the cool music at 7:29 to time up with the rolling cylinder. I just thought that was the coolest thing ever haha :D

The music in this game is amazing! Along with some serious killer gameplay, somebody put some serious time into this one!! What a fantastic game.

I finished this game back in 2018. It was one of the toughest games I ever played.

I found this game earlier this year and it is now one of my favorite games of all time! I loved it so much that I started speedrunning it on my Twitch channel, getting my time to 15:55 in July. Game is hard but is so worth the investment. BAD N RAD BABY!

After endless hours of practicing I was able to beat this game flawless. It was in 1993. I still love this game today. Great memories

As a kid I tried to jump on the clown. It took a while until I knew what to do. The boss that hangs on the rings and the diver are still scary. And this jump on that rope, my god, that damn rope. Still a mix of badass and creepy as hell.

Meine Fresse, ich hab's bestimmt 50 mal probiert das Ding durch zu spielen, immer bei dem Hubschrauberlevel gescheitert. Und mich zu Tode geärgert. Danke das ich einmal sehen durfte, was zum Ende hin passiert und wer der Endgegner ist. Eigentlich alles ziemlich billig und easy, aber ich erinnere mich an den Klabautermann mit seinem Messern, der hat mich Nerven und ordentlich Gemecker gekostet 😁

I remember making it to stage 7 as 6 year old me. I remember the boss on stage 6 gave me a lot of trouble. Actually everything in the game gave me trouble, I was just determined. :)

I remember playing this game and reach the 5th stage. The music is great but it's damn hard to control the guy on the skateboard the way you like all the time.

This game and Police Academy 4 are the reasons I started skating. Konami was the best!

I can tell you are somewhere in Europe or the UK because of the name of the company (PALCOM, had you been in North America it would have said ULTRA or Konami, not sure who officially "published" it in North America) Nice playthrough, read about this in Nintendo Power eons ago. If this seems devoid of a plot, maybe it's because Konami was just piggybacking something onto a property originally not related to any kind of a "plot", really.....the original game, by EA (back then EOA), was just a bunch of skateboarding events. And for the two 2-player events, if you didn't have a partner, you could get a computer controlled opponent, typically Lester, son of the owner of the skate shop. I had that on the Commodore 64. For this "sequel", they put some kind of plot, but a thin one...and Lester has gone from being a mohawked skateboard-punk to being either the scuba guy or the ninja (not sure which) who's a henchman of "El Rad", who looks like a pimp in a flying throne. Also, the name of the girl, from what I read, is "Miss Aerial" Not making this up. And Konami seemed to really have a thing for elevator sequences in the 8 and 16 bit eras (see: Simpsons arcade, Super C, Operation C, TMNT II: Back from the Sewers, SNES version of Turtles in Time)....(and start of the 32 bit, see Metal Gear Solid 1)

From those games that even though was really bad made combined with the hard as hell levels you wanted to continue playing to see what's on the other side.I remember some times for instance trying jump to those balls that the clown boss throw and hitting me,while other times not.When you thought you get the hang of it it steals you in the cheapest freaking way but i have really good memories out of it instead hate it the most.They should remake this one i believe fixing its problems also as well,it was from those games that should be have a really big cult following close to a B movie we never saw.Wow this would be a really cheese and over the top movie as well i imagine speaking of it right now!

I was born in the late 90's, this was one of my first games. I could never beat this! Got close many times but my cartridge died before I could sadly. Still love how Mad Max it feels. The juggler could be straight out of Lord Humungus' army

My brother and I got to the final boss and never beat him. We eventually completely gave up on this game. We even prayed to God for power to kill the boss. Good times.

This is the most cheating game in the world.

This is a good game. I remember beating it about 5-6 times in one sitting. You take more damage every time you finish it... in the end, you can't get hit once. It becomes too difficult.

You definitely are a little rusty ^^ But at least you did it.
