The polished chrome snorkel is not the intake. That is the exhaust.

I'm SO glad music was added to the video. It adds SO MUCH!!! Especially when the the sound of the engines drown it out. And on top of it all it's a ballad! Really great and appropriate for a video about fast long tail boats......

Back in the 2000s used to travel with my parents in these on rivers in Laos/ Thailand. Super scary and loud but faster than trip by car or bus. Called Speedboats. Think they stopped now due to accidents. But what good memories. Any other tourists here ever traveled, spent hours down rivers, on them?

jeremy western You are somewhat right and somewhat wrong. That's in Thailand Southeast Asia and there's a population of about 20% Chinese that live in Thailand. Only difference between Thailand and China is that Thai People are dirtier and less slant eyed. Other than that they are still great at Math and whipping up some good Wong tong soup and Mongolian Beef.
