I would jump all over something like this. In the heart of downtown,restaurants,concerts,all within a 10 minute walk from your front door. Plus that view! My goodness,a full moon,no cloud cover,the picture opportunities would be endless and amazing.

Patio is a huge selling feature ;) the condo itself isn’t particularly impressive or large. That said, it sold in a week or two after it was listed
