Yesterday me and my friends went to watch a traditional drama show.I got amazed to see the colourful decoration over there and I looked at my friends to see their expressions as well. On our way back to home after the show,we saw a boy whistling one of the tunes played on that drama.I was really mesmerised hearing his whistle😄.

I wanted to ask you if you could upload a video about the differences between (for example) "clean" and "clean up", or "open" and "open up" etc. I don't seem to fully understand the differences or when and how to use them and I personally hate it. Thank you Lucy. I was complicating in using some of these words earlier look, watch and see. Now I know the difference. I will make some sentences with them. I looked at the window when someone was screaming 2. She saw me eating in a restaurant. 3. I love watching football matches of famous British football teams such as Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool

I don't see the movies at the cinema much to entertain myself rather watch videos at home. If I 'm tired of doing so, I go out to look at the scenes that are live and natural. Hi Lucy , great videos, I have an idea for a series of videos you can maybe make, I listened once to a man who gave general lines in British accent and found it so useful, like the Special sound of the British "a" with comparison to American one or the "r" that is mute before a consonant, and all sorts of general lines like that, it's so useful when you have few general lines that you can use and are easy to remember, anyhow great job with the channel wishing you much success and joy with all you do!

Hi Lucy, I love your videos, do you think about make some video about basic phrases for people who come to UK for the first time? I am a bit confused about how british people are obssesed with politeness (or at least I heard it), so some advices how to talk with them would be helpful. Also thing like "pay by/with card, by/with/in cash" etc.. Thank you!:)

I love the way you do your makeup, Lucy. If it's possible, next video could you please do your everyday makeup routine and tell us a little bit about what you use in English. It's kind of like vocabulary about beauty and makeup. Is that a good idea?
