As much stuff as you unload at your house, you should have a pallet puller with a good yankum rope. Can get both for about $150 and it will make pulling pallets a breeze. I carried one when I was driving truck, only used it 3-5 times a year, but each time did, I was happy to have it.

British Columbia, Stan you may be thinking about Radium Hot Springs. Also in the BC area, if you have money rotting a hole in your pocket that you want to invest. Consider Port Roberts, Washington. A border realignment is likely within 10 to 20 years, if not sooner. In Delta, BC people buy homes for millions of dollars, in port Roberts the same home on an owned lot is $350,000 a foot ball field south of the million dollar homes Scrub land 14.45 acres Port Roberts (22 feet above sea level), $300,000 USD on the market Lot in Delta, BC 11292 sq ft (0.259 acres)(8 feet above sea level), land alone tax assessment $1,908,000 CAD (Land Value) with house $3,690,000 CAD.

Cool vid ,Stan ,love those attachments, wish I had that quality for my machine!! I think the place youre talking about in BC is the Okanagan Desert in the southern region of the Okanagan Valley that extends into Washington State . Osoyoos, is a beautiful little city just across the border of Washington /BC situated on a beautiful lake Definitely a tourist spot.

1) years ago when I was still young, I made a joke post about how I could operate my skid steer without my hands, as a parody of handlebars. 2) my biggest fear while driving is sneezing, because I always sneeze it sets of 2-3 3) the one year I had to do snow (well just ice cause South Eastern NC) I was in an open cab bobcat S130 for 14 straight hours, I'd rather redo all of basic than redo that 1 night.

Not necessarily. Sometimes they just bring their loads into their terminal and reload from big semis to box trucks just so they can get into the residential areas.
