Assalamualaikum shaykh im not sure if you might see this. After getting married 3 years ago alhamdulilah things were going well until i suddenly started falling really ill 3 months in. My digestion completely slowed down as well as my bowel movements. I react severely to anything i eat and get really bloated and constipated for several weeks end up not eating some days or just nibble on food. My docs diagnosed me with ibs c as shes not even sure whats causing it. I got severe constipation and can't digest my food. My health is deteriorating and I have lost all my muscle and physice i look very ill and skinny. My hair started thinning a lot lost alot of density at the age of 26. Slowly I'm losing myself and strength. Could this be severe evil eye?
